我不见了？！

I absent school over 1week ...
Sorry to my fren ... Bobo ...
And I very happy ,
Still got ppl remember me , not poor at all ...
But only u , is it funny ? Hahaha , yea... For me ,this really funny ...
I lost my courage... From last year ...
And I dun knw how to accept why I am always lost this lost that ,
Last time I afraid lost yaya ,
Then , turn rainie ,turn kimura ...
Why so Cham ? Why ppl all seem like wanna throw me away ?
Mummy will u ？
Then I have nothing ... ? So this is my ending ?

To my Mama ,

简单是很难的。

简单是一件很难的事，
是不是很费叻？
事实上，简单就是很难。

我希望可以有你的体谅，
我希望你会体会到我心情不好，
我希望你会体会到我此时心情不好，
我希望你会问我怎么了，
你给的回避什么都好，
可是你什么时候给过我了？

这是在一起半年的时候，特地弄给我家老公吃的...

以下就会把材料和做法秀出

有兴趣的可以试试啦~ 

 首先一下的材料是 弄饼皮 的。

 以上这个是 消化饼 “digestive biscuit ” 需要的大概8-10 片...

 接下来是要和消化饼混合的奶油，可以选择任何品牌 。 大概需要100-120gms ...

 然后呢就可以把饼干压碎，
一个很简单的方法就是，
拿一个干净的塑料袋 把饼干都装进去，然后用硬物把饼干碾碎，
要记得不可懒散，一定要碎的完整哦...
然后加入刚刚秤好的奶油混合起来 。。。 一下就是差不多混合好的...

 最后就是把它涂抹在容器边， ^^ 解释不出，就如一下的图案吧...然后方静冰箱待用...

接下来是柠檬起司的材料啦^^

 如果是喜欢吃酸的人 可以用以整粒柠檬汁，对不太喜欢酸的人半粒已经足够了...

然后 130gms 的castor 糖 ...

 150gms 的牛油块...

 250gms 的起司 一定要是“philadelphia cream cheese ”  !!

 首先把奶油喝汤混合，接着加入cheese ,搅拌均匀...

 还有还有...就是这个 “gelatine” 需要10gms ，然后1/4 的热水搅拌，然后慢慢的加入搅拌中的起司...

最后倒入刚刚的容器，再放进冰箱里 冷冻2小时，即可^^

就将完成，
即将开始研究提拉米苏，

I already watched  "PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN"
It was a awesome movie ...
this movie always make me nervous ...
and i propose watch it at cinema ...for contented visual enjoy ...
i missed 3 part ... what a pity ……………… 

 a funny protagonist ... Captain Jack Sparrow ...

a beautiful mermaid in the movie ...

and during this holiday i had watched "TRANSFORMERS", "BLACK SWAN" , "CLASH OF TITANS" "THE LORD OF THE RING (1)", "I AM LEGEND",all download by my hubby ...
actually is he forced me to watch that "TRANSFORMERS" ， but it is really nice ， the alient robot design and the graphic nicely ...
"TRANSFORMERS 3" coming soon ... so i must fast fast finish that T1 & T2 ...
i want watch it with my hubby ... weeeeeeeeeheheeeeeeeeee ^^

Now i`m waiting my hubby free ,and we go watch that X-MAN FIRST CLASS ...
His fren just finish watched ... comment is "zheng arh !!"
argh !! await !!

i need to nap awhile ... after that have to prepare to go school ...
